Our dog suites are cozy, but your pup won’t be spending their days in one. During the day, everyone heads outside to play in groups, getting the exercise, structure, and fun that keeps them happy.

Being away from you can be stressful. Every dog reacts differently — this is why we have various protocols to ease the impact, however it may manifest. Every remedy is more effective with a heavy dose of love and cuddling from our staff.

Due to our limited space, we have a few rules surrounding boarding. Please read carefully and review our customer agreement for full details.
- Check-out is at 12PM - late check-out results in a $85 late fee
- No intact males or females
- Dogs must be able to socialize with most other dogs - no aggression
- All guests must have the required vaccines
- To allow a full night's rest for all guests, we can't accomodate night howlers

Homestead Hound was designed from the ground up to support a group environment where dogs can relax and feel secure, because that’s what best serves their health and wellbeing. That’s why we’re thoughtful about which dogs join our group.
We believe dogs thrive with the socialization and stimulation of a group. While they’re away from their families, they get to play, make new friends, and enjoy new experiences.
Every day at Homestead Hound is meant to be fun and enriching for the pups in our care. We take the time to learn each dog’s personality, preferences, and needs, so we can tell right away when something seems off, whether it’s a health concern or a little discomfort, and make sure they stay happy and well cared for.
