We created Homestead Hound to be what we wanted for our own dogs: a place where you’d never feel guilty dropping them off, and where your canine family member is just as happy to see us every day as we are to see them.
Homestead Hound was designed from the ground up to support a group environment where dogs can relax and feel secure, because that’s what best serves their health and wellbeing. That’s why we’re thoughtful about which dogs join our play group.
We believe dogs thrive with the socialization and stimulation of a group. While they’re away from their families, they get to play, make new friends, and enjoy new experiences.
Every day at Homestead Hound is meant to be fun and enriching for the pups in our care. We take the time to learn each dog’s personality, preferences, and needs, so we can tell right away when something seems off, whether it’s a health concern or a little discomfort, and make sure they stay happy and well cared for.
